  Goods can be sent once get payment and Minch can train the distributors in their shop on the spot when we are in cooperative business. Any goods not satisfactory to you can be replaced 100% with new one.

Class demands for distribution areas

 

1.Applicants who want to open the shop in the provincial capitals, municipalities directly  under the Central Government, and other first-tier cities, should apply for the distribution rights on the condition that they will open the first class shop

2.Applicants who wants to open the shop in the Ersan Xian cities, counties, should apply for the distribution rights on that condition that they will open the third class or higher class shop

3 Different stock price for different class distribution shops, the higher the class is, the more discounts and favorable price they can get when stock

2% of the stock value should be returned once distributors' stock is over 100,000 CNY; 3% of the stock value should be returned once distributors' stock is over 200,000 CNY, 4% of the stock value should be returned once distributors' stock is over 300,000 CNY,5% of the stock value should be returned once distributors' stock is over 500,000 CNY and two laptops with famous brands(Remarks: According to the stock price)

Special Support

From the date of the opening, if distributors can not cover their cost within 3 months, the headquarter should operate the shops for the distributors or return the investment money to the distributors directly.
2.From the date of the opening, if distributors can not profit within six months, headquarter should send permanent delegates to your shop, assisting the salesmen promoting the products and opening the markets, until the distributors can gain profit.
3.Distributors who come to visit headquarter and sign the distribution contract with us, should be picked up and sent with the car provided, the travelling expenses should be reimbursed, and the accommodation should be provided by Minch.
